Hi, I'm Phoebe! 

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Movement Specialist, Cobham local and first time mum to my daughter, Romy Raya. My approach to fitness wasn't born in a gym but through over 10 years experience dancing on the West End Stage and around the world.

 

I spent over a decade performing in some of the world's most demanding shows, including starring in the Original West End Cast of Hamilton, where I also held the role of Dance Captain for several years. That decade taught me everything about the power of movement, the discipline of elite performance and most importantly how to keep a body strong and resilient through every challenge.

 

Now I’ve traded the stage for the studio to inspire women of all ages and stages to reach their own fitness goals. Whether you want to build functional strength for everyday life, reclaim your energy or simply feel more confident in how you move, I’m here to help you get there! I also specialise in dedicated pre and post-natal coaching, drawing on my training and personal experience to help women navigate motherhood with strength and safety.

 

I moved to Cobham four years ago with my husband Adam and we love being part of this community. I can’t wait to meet you and help you find your own rhythm!

My approach to training is built on over a decade of professional movement and a deep understanding of the female body. I don’t believe in 'quick fixes' or punishing workouts. Instead, my formula combines functional strength with the fluidity and discipline I learned during my decade on the West End stage.

 

We focus on building a body that doesn’t just look strong, but feels resilient and capable, whether you’re navigating the physical demands of new motherhood, chasing career goals, or staying vibrant and active in your 50s and beyond. I help you move with confidence and purpose.

My bespoke one to one personal training sessions are designed around your unique goals, focused on building functional strength and moving with purpose. To ensure your fitness journey fits seamlessly into your busy lifestyle, I offer ultimate flexibility with three training location options across Cobham and Esher. We can train in the complete comfort and privacy of your own home with my fully equipped mobile service, visit my private outdoor training space right in the centre of Cobham, or utilise the exceptional, state-of-the-art luxury gym facilities at The Fit Partnership in Esher. Wherever you choose to train, I provide the expert coaching and motivation needed to help you find your rhythm and celebrate what your body can achieve.
